What is Vinyasa Flow?

Vinyasa Flow is a fluid and dynamic practice that takes the discipline of traditional Yoga and sequences the ‘asanas’ (postures) to form a continuous flow. Practiced to music, Vinyasa Flow classes can be challenging, however modifications are always offered so that classes are accessible for everyone – including complete beginners.

I will teach you to work with your breath at a level appropriate for you.

Classes are meditative at the start, building to a dynamic flow sequence to build strength, flexibility and stamina.

You will leave feeling de-stressed, relaxed and energised... a perfect start/ end to your work day.

You can expect a very warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere.
