Yoga Classes

My mantra is ‘Yoga for Holistic Health and Happiness’. It’s not just about working out, it’s about overall health and wellbeing: Body, Mind and Soul.
Where?
I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Bakewell and Alfreton.
I teach Shakti Yoga in Cromford.
I also teach Womb Yoga (Yoga for women's health), Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga
and offer womb workshops locally
What is Vinyasa Flow?
Vinyasa Flow is a fluid and dynamic practice that takes the discipline of traditional Yoga and sequences the ‘asanas’ (postures) to form a continuous flow. Practiced to music, Vinyasa Flow classes can be challenging, however modifications are always offered so that classes are accessible for everyone – including complete beginners.
I will teach you to work with your breath at a level appropriate for you.
Classes are meditative at the start, building to a dynamic flow sequence to build strength, flexibility and stamina.
You will leave feeling de-stressed, relaxed and energised... a perfect start/ end to your work day.
You can expect a very warm welcome in a relaxed atmosphere.
How can I join you?
I am currently on maternity leave until Spring 2021 - my classes are being covered by Rachel Gay of 'Way Yoga'. Please click on the link below to be directed to her website.
